Cultural Landscapes

Cultural Landscapes represent the combined works of nature and mankind, and express a long relationship between peoples and their natural environment.
Our Lab analyzes especially the relationship between traditional -agro and forest- cultures and archaeology in Mediterranean area. These spaces often preserve several traces of the interactions between humans and their environment. Our goal is to protect and preserve these sites.
